Who You Are
We are looking for a dedicated individual with a background in social housing, ideally with experience in day-to-day routines rather than project work. You'll thrive in an administrative role, have extensive knowledge of Microsoft packages, and be excited to deliver a positive customer experience. A background in housing or local authority will be beneficial.
What the Job Involves
In this role, you will report to the Contract Manager at Triathlon Homes. You will manage a broad range of inquiries, providing first-class customer support via email or phone. Your responsibilities include arranging appointments, organizing meetings, liaising and building relationships with team members, supporting Village Managers, logging communal repairs, and working on projects such as Fire Safety. Initially, you will be office-based with the potential for hybrid working after three months. Your workspace is located at Triathlon Homes office at Celebration Avenue, Stratford E20.
