What the Job Involves
The role involves effective management of the Tenancy and Estates Team, prioritizing and managing caseloads, and responding to housing-related enquiries. You will provide advice and support to tenancy officers, manage complex cases, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Your responsibilities include overseeing quality control, handling complaints, maintaining records, and preparing statistical reports. Additionally, you will contribute to team development and learning.
