Who You Are
You are an experienced Grounds Maintenance professional with a proven track record in maintaining residential properties. You are reliable, attentive, and take pride in ensuring that outdoor areas are kept in excellent condition for the community.
What the job involves
This role involves the upkeep and maintenance of grounds for housing association residential buildings. You will be responsible for tasks such as lawn care, trimming, planting, and general landscape maintenance. You will be supplied with a new van and tools to perform your duties effectively.
Skills
- Grounds maintenance experience
- Manual driving license (C1 not required)
- No more than 6 driving license points
- Minimum 2 years driving experience
