What the Job Involves
This role is critical within the TA placements team, responsible for supporting residents into temporary accommodation. You will ensure that Camden allocates suitable emergency and temporary accommodation according to housing legislation. Daily tasks include sourcing and booking temporary accommodation, assessing housing needs, signing up households, and facilitating necessary arrangements for those moving into/out of temporary housing. Additionally, the role involves updating IT Housing Systems and collaborating with colleagues across housing services to achieve better outcomes for households in emergency accommodation.
