What the Job Involves

This role involves monitoring reports and updating them to reflect the latest information. You will be responsible for contacting residents regarding repairs and handling queries related to appointment scheduling. Additionally, you will provide updates on any delays that may occur. A significant part of your role will include monitoring the Customer Relationship Management/Dynamic system (CRM/CD) to ensure all data is accurate and up-to-date.
