Who You Are

We are seeking an experienced Damp & Mould Repairs Supervisor to oversee the effective delivery of remediation works across our social housing portfolio. This role requires someone with proven experience in supervising damp and mould works, who possesses excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

What the Job Involves

This role is responsible for supervising and coordinating damp and mould inspection, diagnosis, and remediation works. You will manage a team of operatives and specialist subcontractors, ensuring that all works are carried out to a high standard and in compliance with health & safety regulations. Key tasks include carrying out pre- and post-inspections, identifying root causes of damp and mould issues, monitoring performance against key metrics, and handling resident queries to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
