This role involves overseeing the housing administration and management of social housing tenants within an extra care housing scheme. You'll be responsible for ensuring that all housing landlord duties align with Somerset Council's Policies and Procedures. Your focus will be on maintaining a safe and secure environment while encouraging tenant independence and choice.
